Bradley Creek Health Center

I am so pleased that we chose this facility for my family members. The staff have been so kind and have treated my loved ones with dignity and the respect they deserve. We have experienced both the SNF and ALF. The rooms are lovely. I was nervous about a family member going to the ALF from SNF, but on our first visit there, we talked with another resident who told us how very happy she was there. She said, 'This is the best place. Everyone is nice to you and the food is good.' This was a great comfort to hear from a resident. My family members have also enjoyed taking part in some of the activities. The staff have been helpful to me as well. Keeping me informed, helping with scheduling appts and helping to arrange transportation to them. My family member has been able to get an xray right there without having to leave. I think it is great that they have the capability to do this. I am a registered nurse and all too well understand the daily struggles with staffing. I also recognize the commitment and devotion of good staff members, and I have been pleased to see this. I visit regularly and continue to be happy with what I see. Keep up the good work Bradley Creek and continue to always strive to be the best.

Bradley Creek has a caring and compassionate team. My dad has been a patient twice over the past year and has received excellent care. They were attentive to his needs and dedicated to helping him recover from his illnesses. The whole team took a personal interest in getting to know my dad and our family. They were always there with words of encouragement and updates on his progress and setbacks alike. While I appreciate the cleanliness, private room and beautiful building, I most appreciate the care and compassion he received.

Giving this one star is my random act of kindness for 2019! Dont let the beautiful facility fool you- this place is horrible!!!! They neglect their patients, dont bathe them regularly, do not answer their call buttons- its A HOT MESS. Run away fast!!!!!! My friend had her Dad here and had the worst experience ever- horrific! They laughed at her Dad when he spilled his food and did not replace his breakfast. They left him in a wet diaper for over 12 hours. They do not answer their call buttons for over an hour or more... This place needs to be shut down and has been reported to authorities and they are doing an investigation.

What a beautiful facility . The staff that we have been working with have been nothing but professional and caring . Its so hard when you live so far away but to know that they are there and have taken such great care of my mother in law has been very settling . She has needed some additional attention and they have done nothing but support that . She is extremely happy with her care and the accommodations . That in and of itself is enough . If your in a position such as this , and you have to make this hard decision , please take a tour of this facility you wont be disappointed at all .

Zero stars would be the best answer. Very bad experience, please think twice before sending loved ones here. Ratio of nurses to patients is bad. Foeget where paients are and takes forever for them to answer call lights. Wound care not done like it should be. The facility as a building is wonderful but that's all I can say.
