Found dad naked and covered in feces more than once. Don't expect head nurse Cathy to EVER return email or phone call...I gave up after six or more unanswered attempts...The male staff is awful...called me constantly complaining about not being able to handle my dad. I'd give five stars to one or two of the staff...

My Aunt spent her last few years here before passing at 98. The care she received couldn't have been better. Great location plenty of helpful experienced carers. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
