AUTUMN CARE OF SHALLOTTE WAS AN ABSOLUTE GREAT PLACE FOR MY WIFE TO REHAB EVERY ONE WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVING AND CARING. I WISH TO PERSONALLY THANK THESE GREAT FOLKS THAT WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO MAKE MY WIFE SPECIAL THEY WERE: IN NURSING: NIKKI NOBLES MARY JAMIE ALICIAIN DIETARY: DIANTHAIN THE VERY BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY: DWAYNE SMITH TONY CHANNINGEVERYONE ON THE 6TH WING AREA THAT TOOK CARE OF MY WIFE SHIRLEY IN ROOM 606 WAS TOTALLY GREAT. My Dad recently broke his hip on Thanksgiving and the staff are very helpful in making him feel at home and saw day he arrived (which was yestday) started him on physical therapy and are doing there best to help his recover time as short as possible but aren't pushing to hard to the point that would be harmful to him very professional and the treat him with the respect he deserves

Every single person in this facility has been simply amazing. Friendly. Helpful. Compentant. My grandmother has been happy and well taken care of while dealing with a stressful situation. The entire staff from administration to the nurses have done everything they could to help my family. I will forever be grateful.
