We all wore blue in support of anti-bullying Wednesday,. What a farce. There are several bullies in cahoots with the management. I say that becuase management won't do anything about the bullying..We have a beautiful building and some very nice residents but management is the pits. Two of them are bullies themselves.

My mother has lived at Overture Crabtree for almost a year, and couldn't be happier. I am so pleased with her experience, and I am so thankful for the staff and all the help and attention they give my mom! Compared to other apartments, this place is amazing.

Current Resident. Beautiful physical plant. However. some staff need management training and better people skills.. Talk to different residents when you visit. Talk to real residents not just 'The Ambassadors' they introduce you to.Visit at different times and attend social events, drop in on exercise classes. See how well the residents are aware of choices.You will be glowing after your tour but don't sign a lease on the first or even the second visit.Sound like buying a new car. It kinda IS.Too many residents are breaking their lease paying 5 months or more in rental payments to break lease. Check out Treeo Raleigh too.

Beautiful property but some members of the staff are unprofessional and could use training in customer service. At times, the residents are not treated with the respect they deserve. Some of the activities that are marketed as 'included' are sponsored events where your loved one has to sit and listen to a sales presentation by an outside vendor instead of socializing. The current team is not as friendly or accommodating as the people who were employed there when my family member moved it.
