My mother was in there for 7 days until we decided the care was awful. She had to call me at home in order for her to get a cna to go to her room, they were lying about doing there jobs. She hadn't had a bath the whole time she had been there. Finding out the employees didn't read the records on the specific care that she was suppose to get. So, we took her home with bleeding rashes and her soars inflamed again. Bad customer care all around.
