Mooresville Center - Under New Management

Rude and would not allow my son to come say hello in his costume to cheer the elderly up

I do not recommend ....it is awful the way they take care of people....food is cold ....staff is nasty...if you care for love ones....do not go there

Sent my best friend here to find help with her Tom Holland obsession. She never returned. They did a great job of getting rid of her.jkjk

After being a patient at this facility for 30 days I have witnessed the neglect by staff members to patients. The CNA take 45 minutes to answer call light buttons and nurses giving the wrong medications or wrong dosage of medications to patients. Other patients lay in their own urine and feces for hours at a time. Patients that are cognitive and speak out about the care that they are receiving or others are receiving get singled out by other staff members and upper upper management. This is not a place I would put my grandmother or grandfather or any anyone cannot speak for themselves! When taking the tour they show people the the certain things that are cleaned up, however they don't show people the other patients who have been laying in bed all day in diapers that haven't been changed in hours. Sometimes you can literally walk or wheel down the hallway and smell the feces in urine coming from the rooms. Please do your research and visit this place on off hours so you can see the truth behind the mask!
