My mother has been a resident for several months.The care we have received has been outstanding. The staff is friendly, the Administrator has a heart for people and the residents seem to be connected and enjoy living there. I've seen a number of long term care facilities and many were not well kept. This facility is clean, smells welcoming and typically has a housekeeping staff member visible on the floor if there is a need. Any time there has been a minor concern the staff has been prompt in addressing. I would highly recommend Universal in Lillington for rehab or long term care needs for your loved one.

If you love your family member. DoNot Place Them at Universal Heath Care. Needs to be closed!! A staff member who resigned said to me that the nurses and aides are not healthful. My family member had to wait until her aide took her break before bathing the family member who was laying in her poop

I wouldn't recommend anybody working here or putting anybody there family in here they abuse these people family members the kitchen is nasty moldy mices running around in it they under. 13 lawsuits they need to be shut down quick
