Communication is almost non existent for the last 8 months. You call and get passed around to a voicemail that most of the time never gets a call back. You never know whether they if patients are joining in or how they are interacting with others. I think they have lost their compassion and respect for the patient and the family's that love them whether or not they have a good mind about them. They are still human being and one day the people that supposedly takes care of them there will be in their shoes. The bus drivers are great and therapy workers do a very good job.

The car is great it's the food that is awful even the smell everything smells the same they just open up a can and heat it up meat or vegetables and it's so nasty...please help them do better..I realize they have a budget but my God the cheapest food is made
