Plz tell me how this is a good place when there is only 1 person running the entire building at night? This means that your loved ones are NOT getting the meds and attention they need and deserve. When trying to reach a Superior NOBODY ever answers the phone and how do I know all this...bc I was there one evening and I was not allowed in due to the fact that the employee was their by themselves. I demanded to speak with a Superior and Not 1 out of 3 calls were answered.

After our original 'small' care (6 patients only) facility closed on short notice, we were left with less than a month to find an Alzhimer's care facility for our loved one. At the time of the closing, I contacted the new Director at Carillon and couldn't have been more satisfied with our transition. The decision was made easy this time simply because the new administrative staff were all on top of the requirements and acted professionally and quickly. Our loved one has been at Carillon a little over a month now and, so far, I'm very impressed with the level of care and interaction. The facility is spotless. Staff is professional, patient, attentive and responsive. Administration, including Director, Marketing and Nursing Director are all curtious, personable and very professional. At this time, I can say honestly, I've been nothing but pleased with Carillon of Knightdale.
