Great place to do a short hike, and see a different side of the outer banks. Almost always free of crowds, its also something to do to get away from all the people and get out into nature for a few hours. Very short trails, but plenty of views and wild life.

Excellent walk in the woods and observing nature. Trails are marked well and have virtual tours by phone with history of area.
