My husband and I just wanted info on the place. The receptionist nonchalantly called a member on staff and from their conversation we could tell she or he obviously didn't want to come give the tour or talk to us. Then we were told to have a seat, they would be with us. We waited 15 minutes and left. Will never go back again!!!! Their customer service was atrocious, which tells me the kind of care my loved one would be getting at this place. I don't recommend it!!

Staff does not know how to tranfer phone to patients when love ones trying to call ...They think it's funny I don't.... Administrator of nursing home need to be more available for concerns. But who cares. Let me tell u one thing my mother in law is there yea Lilly Boone. Do u think u could. At least let her know she getting calls....
