Terrible management, especially the owner Fallon

I love red oak! And yes I do work there. I have been working there for 2 and 10 months. So I will not be anonymous...I work close and personal with the residents,staff,and management. We do a hell of job there. We all work very hard!! We love our residents and we put them first. Its sad to see someone give us a bad review, when we work our butts off there. Fallon is a great administrator!!! I see first hand how she treats her residents and make sure they have all what they need. She always going that extra mile for her residents, to make sure they are comfortable and satisfied. She don't play with her aids when it comes down to personal care either..The building smells good, looks good and she always doing something to make it a pleasure to look at, work in and live in.. We have so many family members that love what we do and praise us on how good we take care of their family member. That speaks for itself!! You can't always go by a review, come in and visit us I promise you, you and your family member will feel welcome and loved. We are a family there. I love all my residents and I treat them all the same. I couldn't work for a better place and management bc i already have the best! I love my job, my residents, coworkers, and boss!

This place has horrible staff and the management is even worse. Im glad I took my mother away from there.The management Ms Fallon is also a RACIST this place needs to be shut down
