Please do not leave a loved one here! Our family received a call that our loved one was about to pass away. The family arrived and was not allowed in to say goodbye. Lashieka the nurse in charge of her care told us she would not discuss the matter since she was already home from work. She told us to contact them on Monday, this was the Thursday before a holiday. Our loved one would not live to see Monday. Be sure if you have a loved one staying here that they know they need to pass away during working hours.

This place should be shut down! Some of the employees do not care about the people in there. They get caught sleeping inside of the peoples rooms and in the offices at night. They dont watch them and thats why they stay having someone getting hurt and being sent to the hospital. If I would have known better before putting my family member in this place I would have never done it. Some of them walk around Peeing on the floors and the cnas walk right by it like they dont see it. Honestly if they would get rid of everyone that works here (even the people in charge) and rehire new staff this place might stand a chance to survive.

My mom Orrilla was at home at the manor. She enjoyed the activity room with Phylis and girls. I have her paintings hanging in the front room. She seemed to be t a party in rehab. A lot of laughter going on. Her room was comfortable. We always could come and go whenever we went shopping, manicures, meetings or Mcdonald's for icecream. She loved icecream. She was always happy to get back to the girls. The staff was so helpful when I had concerns. They had so much patience in explaining anything I didn't understand. I know I would be holding them up in their chores but they didn't seem to mind. I know I couldn't have found a better place. Ill miss everyone but look forward to the Walk this month. Thank you all so much
