The worst place to work. Please do not send your loved ones there. The only functional thing running in that building is therapy.

place is short staffed please go check on your loved ones they keep them drugged up to not deal with them the hospital gets them better send them back and in a weeks time they sick again ants all in the room place smells like pee buzzers going off

My grand father has been there for one month and loves it . Very clean and wonderful staff.Makes my family as well as myself very comfortable to know that he is being well taken care of

My mother had been at Concordia this year. She is getting unbelievable care. My mother looks forward to rehab with Shaun ...as well all the other activities. The staff is kind and welcoming. The facility is extremely clean. The administration is excellent. They are running a top notch facility.

I was sent here for rehab. This place is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. I would not put anyone in his facility and put them through the torture of having to put up with irresponsible staff who doesn't care about you as a patient. I would suggest that you really do your homework before you put someone in here. I know I would never put anyone that I love in here. If there was any way possible to give negative stars I would but there is no way possible to do because they truly don't even deserve one star.
