Staff with an attitude. Medication and doctor neglect/mismanagement....

The staff was extremely rude to say the least. I called asking for more information/pricing about the services & type of care offered at Eno Pointe (because their website had none) and I talked with a woman named Sandra who was (1) very reluctant to give any information and (2) extremely rude in the process. You'd think it'd be normal to inquire about an assisted living community before you moved in a loved one, but apparently that's a foreign concept to the management at Eno Pointe. After one talk with Sandra, you couldn't pay me to move my elderly grandfather into Eno Pointe, and I urge you all to never contemplate moving a loved one into this community. Not to make light of the situation, but I'd imagine management at Eno Pointe treating tenants as Ben Stiller treated the grandma in the movie Happy Gilmore.
