Ever since they started providing aides to a nursing home in Cornelius/huntersville they have limited resources for their current clients. They may have bit off more than they can chew with that client. They seem to have forgotten the clients they had before they got the Best of Lake NormanWhat is the reason they keep losing employees? Always makes me wonder? Ever since they receive the Best of Lake Norman they have been FAR FROM THE BEST. They have really gone downhill. If looking for an agency try somewhere else.The people they are send are extremely nice, but they just dont have enough workers.
