I quit after 3 days a cna was very rude to me my first day of training highly understaffed

Food is terrible, Service is pretty terrible, I recieved attitude from several employees when asking to be let out the door as they did not give me a temp code while my grandmother was there and it took over 4 months to get a refund check from them when they promised 30 days or less. Overall my grandma was treated very poorly an employee dropped her cell phone and popped the battery loose. My grandma with obvious anxiety issue was basically yelled at about it instead of trying to show her that the phone was not broken.

I would never put someone there. Under bad management right now. Years ago them the Taylor's ran it it was a very nice place. But it looks like nothing has been updated since 1995.

Disgusting. Smells awful. Filthy. RUN AWAY. WOULD NOT LEAVE MY LOVED ONE THERE. Staff is kind. Management is AWFUL. Administrator is NEVER there.
