loving daughter
My father was a resident at The Magnolia, years ago. While there, he was not the easiest person to deal with. The supervisors were in constant contact with me and never failed to report any concerns dealing with him. Even though some reports made me cry, the staff never made him or me feel bad about it. During his last moments they were so supportive of me and my family. The Magnolia staff was a blessing to me and I am thankful for them. I saw an employee the other day that was there when dad was and I couldn't help but tell her to thank the team again for all they did for dad. If necessary I would put him there again.

i have visited the magnolia on several occasion with my church group. we visit both sides of the establishment. the staff is compassionate and always looking to lend a helping hand. the care i have seen provided is of sound quality. they respond to the needs of the residents and family members so easily. i would recommend this facility to anyone

My mom is at the Magnolia Assisted Living on the Dementia side. Their are the sorriest place I know of. Some of my moms clothes are missing & her feet are swollen & they don't care. She has been there a month & they haven't not once looked for her clothes. I have told them 3 times about her stuff and all they keep saying is their looking for them. She has been there a month & I'm just now finding out she has a Urinary Tract Infection. They never once said anything to me about it. If they are worried about this virus going on, then why do they have a so called nurse working inside that can't talk from having larengites. 8f I ever get her somewhere else to go she'll never step foot in there again & I won't etheir

my grandmother is at this place. she lives on memory care. when i was able to visit, it has been joyful. at first i didn't like she was in a home. but this place has put me at ease. when i visited the first time the staff took time to question me, they didn't just let me see her (let's me know they are truly secure). activities were going and staff was interacting with residents. i never have to look for a staff member because they always around. i am really happy that the staff is full of knowledge. they actually know about the alzheimer disease. go magnolia
