Mary Gran Nursing Center

My husband stayed at this facility for over a month and was well taken care of. The staff was exceptional and the wound care specialist was the absolute best. My family is very thankful for the c are he received.

My father stayed at Mary Gran for over a month and the staff was wonderful. His wounds healed wonderfully and we would recommend this facility to anyone needing a place for their loved one.

I recently began helping a friends father do his physical therapy 3 times a week at this facility and in just a months time I see that this is a terrible place. Rude would be an understatement to describe the staff I've encpuntered! The man I help has ALS and is confined to his wheelchair. He's supposed to get physical therapy every day from people employed to do just that and in the 100+ days he's been there he's only seen them maybe 5 times and they only stay 10 minutes max. I work with him for an hour and a half each time. Each time I go he's pressed his call button at least 15 minutes prior to me getting there for assistance to go to the bathroom and he ends up waiting at least another 20 minutes if not more before anyone bothers to check on him. Today it was an hour and the aid was so rude to him, I heard her screaming at him through the door! Please don't send your loved ones to suffer in this environment! These people are only in it for a paycheck and lack basic human compassion! I'd give it 0 stars if I could!

I am very thankful for the staff of Mary Gran. They took wonderful care of my grandfather while he was there!! After a lengthy hospital stay it was questionable if he would ever be able to return home, but after the staff worked with him he was able to return and is doing so well. He received physical therapy and occupational therapy during his stay and went home within a month. If it was not for Mary Gran he would not be where he is today.

After my mother in law's insurance coverage ran out they didn't want to keep her, they kicked her out. We tried to do a payment arrangement with them and they didn't want it. RUDE PEOPLE, money is ALL that matters not the patient's health. AWFUL PLACE, DON'T RECOMEND IT AT ALL!!
