Trinity Ems Heath and Rehab has been a wonderful place for my Aunt. The costs have been staggering- they double the cost of assisted living next door, but we don't worry about the care she is receiving and that has been a huge blessing! We are pleased with the staff and the environment!

They won't accept Medicaid unless you pay them for two years with your personal funds first ! May be Dead by then , thanks for the help

I can not say enough good things about this wonderful facility. They are very caring and have exceptional staffing. My mom entered rehab in December and is still there due to a long recovery. We are looking at long term care and are willing to keep her there, 45 minutes away from us , because the care is that good! Our family can rest well knowing our mom is in good hands.

Went in for knee replacement rehab - great experience from arrival to leaving. All the Nurses, CNA's, Karen in rehab, staff - everyone was great - never had a problem and everyone was very attentive and nice I highly recommend Trinity Elms. Ken Spence
