I called this facility for about 2 weeks straight regarding volunteering my time. I was told that 'James' would call me back...Well, that never happened. Being as it is beneficial for all parties involved, one would think that a facility such as this would be very enthusiastic about having younger people spend time with their residents Apparently, this is just not the case. I think their name actually stands for 'Unlimited Possibilities for giving you the brush off'. If this is how they run their business, I can't imagine how they handle communication with you when you have a loved one within their facility. Only positive I can say from this experience is that the people who do answer the phone are very polite and friendly.
