I used to work at This awful place its the worst place anybody can ever bring theyre families there is no type of discipline at all with management one of my night supervisors left work to got to a friend house for hours on the clock and didnt give any of the residents theyre meds. Theyre all lazy and want other ppl to do theyre jobs some of the workers are bullies to one another and the residents Ive witnessed a coworker hitting a resident and they made her a supervisor this place is disqusting they dont care about the workers or the residents they just care about how many people they can get into the facility So they can get more money Ive been fired due to false accusations made by Samuel and another coworker they tried to silence me but I wont be silenced I will Get this place shut down and I will Be taking them to court Do Not Bring Your Families Here Thank you !

Northlake is not able to care for people that fall, nor do they follow through with getting the protection in place to aid these people. My father fell out of the bed, cut his head open 2 inches. He laid in his blood for hours before being found early in the morning. When we received the call that he was taken to the hospital, where he got staples and then sent back to the facility. Where they were supposed to get a bed alarm, floor pads and move the furniture in place to help stop him from hurting himself. None of that was done, the alarm pad was placed over a chair, the furniture was never moved and the pad never came. He fell out of the bed the following morning and was sent to the hospital again. Hitting the same place on his head along with a busted lip and nose. The Dr attending him at the hospital would not send him back to the facility. In addition my father stayed there only 4 days and my mother was charged over 5000 dollars, she has never been refunded her money. They also were told not to order any medications for my father, as they get medications free through their insurance. They ordered medications through their company which they were told to send them back, they are trying to charge her for those medications and they were restocked. In addition their staff kept my father all night at the nurses station in a wheelchair, until the early morning hours before he fell out of the bed a 2nd time. I wouldn't let them babysit my dog much less my parents.
