Horrible place to work. Management is terrible, Residents do not get the proper care. Id advise letting your loved ones age at home and get an In-home aide.

They treat their staff like complete trash and care more about their image than their residents.. Their CNAs really try their best but you can't pour from an empty cup.

Moved my uncle in two weeks ago and the move went flawless.Candice helped out tremendously with all the paper work as well as great advice on how the whole process can be done without any complications. I just met a few other staff members so far like Tracy ,Kim,and Kathy and they all are very professional and willing to help with any concerns my uncle may have. Thank You Deerfield Ridge for making a great new home for my uncle!!
