Amazing facility and staff! My mother-in-law has been there several months. She has been very well taken care of and the transition from her home to assisted living has been amazing! She is 98 and is doing great! Thank you Brookdale staff for taking care of her!

This is a horrible place for anyone who is not capable of standing up for themselves. My mother had so many med errors, broken hearing aids, dirty facilities, and lack basics that we hired a person to make sure she was cared for. There were times when there was no management present, turn over was unbelievable at all levels. Often no nurse or care coodinator. Yet they always raised fees 10% every year and would change level of care (cost increase) with no consultation. Brookdale is a large corporation, traded on NYSE, therefore their main goal is profit for shareholders not quality care for elders. Find a small local, caring facility. Avoid this one.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place in America to work! The southeast district is horrible! Upper management is incompetent, hands-off, and totally inept at running any kind of business. They repeatedly violate NC labor laws, and ADA compliance.DO NOT WORK THERE...DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!Brookdale in Johnson City, TN is wonderful!!! Different district. Dawn is superb!!! That's where you need to take your loved ones!
