Richard Russo helped me find an assisted living community for my 77 year old mother. The task is an overwhelming one, fraught with uncertainty and many many (Endless) questions. Richard is very experienced, kind, patient and generous with his time and expertise. He set up all the tours for us and helped me know what sorts of questions it was important to ask, helped me balance pros and cons and ultimately helped us find the community where she now lives. I was so incredibly grateful to have Richards help along the way. He clearly cares about what he does and the quality of his attention and effort is very high. Thanks Richard!

Rich Russo helped me find a memory care facility for my wife. You won't go wrong using his services. He advised me on setting criteria for making a selection. He knew the facilities first hand and provided excellent counsel about their strengths and weaknesses. Rich set up the site visits and accompanied me on them. He participated in my interviews with the staff members, asking questions that elicited information and insights relevant to decision-making. In addition, he was available on short notice, empathic, easy to communicate with, and available for follow-up consults. I recommend him without reservation.
