Its very rare for me to write a review on anything, but having my loved one live at Amber Court has comforted me to no end. It confuses me when I read other reviews stating that this place is anything less than 5 stars. The staff are so sweet, and its lovely to watch them engage with everyone and sing along to all of their favorite songs from their time, dont get me started on how they dance with them as well. It brings so much joy knowing that my family loves Amber Court as much as I do, I feel happy knowing that my family is at the right place.

My mom moved to the Alcove at Amber Court a little over a year ago. The staff is wonderful, from the greeter who meets you when you walk in, to anyone you come across, they always take time to say hello with a smile. The Director and doctors are quick to respond when I call or email them. The care that is given is terrific; my mom is looked after so well that it gives me peace of mind knowing shes safe. The facility is well kept; Maintenance is always vacuuming, shampooing rugs, adding a fresh coat of paint, etc. The activities are endless, there is always something going on, from a conversation on a specific topic, to painting, to dancing to live entertainment and so much more. I am so happy that we chose the Alcove at Amber Court for my mom and would highly recommend it to everyone.

My mother has been a resident for 5 years and I am beyond impressed with the care that she receives. Her caregivers are helpful and can anticipate her needs which is good since she cant always express herself. The interaction between the staff and the residents is wonderful to watch. This place is run extremely well I think because the administrator spends a lot of time on the floor with residents and staff. Its amazing that she knows everyone by name. I would highly recommend Amber Court to anyone.

My mom moved into the Westbury location months ago and we have been so pleased with the transition. She was living in her own apartment and we were worried how she would adjust but the entire team made it smooth and she is very happy. Megha has been wonderful in Assisting with details in the absence of moms case manager and the administrators quick response to some initial bumps in the process and prompt resolution have put us all at ease and confident that we made the right choice.
