Eden Heights of West Seneca is the perfect assisted living facility! The staff are very pleasant and inviting and are efficient at what they do. It matters that they think of the holistic enrichment of the residents as they do not only provide excellence in assisted living but also provides games, programs and activities for all residents. The whole staff has one strong desire, to make everyone (relatives and residents) comfortable, happy and to make this their new home. They have multiple activities 7 days a week and we received everything we requested, normally the same day. I couldn't rate this place as good as they deserve, they just don't make that many stars in the rating.
