My nephew was recently discharged from this facility. It has been a very smooth transition to his new facility. Thanks to the Social Worker Jenna who has been extremely kind, patient and helpful. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

The staff is very nice, both weekday and weekend. They have been very helpful and attentive. I find the end of the hallway does have a smell though.

I must admit to bias, as I am a vendor who makes presentations to the residents. But I work at other homes as well, and the staff at Nyack Ridge seem more attentive to the residents than at other places where I present.

My brother is a patient at Nyack Ridge and it has been a smooth transition from hospital to nursing facility thanks to the great administrative staff. Basy in finance, Verisha and Jenna in social services, and Michael in administration. All who have done a great job as a team. They have always been available to answer my questions during phone calls and my frequent visits. I would also like to acknowledge the second floor patient care team as well as the PT staff. They have all displayed professionalism while providing kind and attentive care. I would highly recommend Nyack Ridge to anyone looking for rehab or long term care.
