They should allow you not to give any stars. When I called the office manager told me that she had three apartments available. However, when I filled out the application for the apartment no-one told me that there was a waiting list of over 20 twenty people! I never would have filled out the application if I had known that there was a waiting list that long. This is fraud and I am going to press charges. My advice is if you want don't want to be lied to then look elsewhere. The office staff refuse to take the company's name off my credit report because I signed a paper saying they could check my credit before I knew about the waiting list.
