I was referred to Right at Home Nassau/Suffolk for a dear family member of ours. She was released from the hospital just as the pandemic began yet Right at Home was able to staff care 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It was not without an issue but when we called to deal with a problem, I ALWAYS got either Eileen or Gregg Balbera on the line quickly and they immediately fixed what needed tending to. Over the several months we used their service, I found that both Eileen and Gregg were invested in getting the care that was needed. There were also some stand outs of the caregivers to include Marie who developed a real interest in our loved one's care. This was the first time I ever had to arrange such a service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Utter lack of compassion for my mother in need of care. Greg canceled an appointment placed through the proper channels, leaving my elderly mother at home with no care. Would never recommend this organization to anyone, ever again.

Right At Home is a wonderful agency if you need home care for someone. My 100 year old father fell and broke his shoulder and 3 ribs, so we needed 24 hour care for him for a while when he came home from the hospital. When I called Right At Home, the owners Eileen and Gregg Balbera explained everything fully. I also had so many questions and they were always super nice answering them. If I didn't speak directly to them, one of the office staff (Tiffany, Eugenia, Chanette) would call me about staffing and hours. The aides were also great. Dave and Michael worked the most with my dad, and were amazing. We also had Charlozze, Yatmaran, Chris, Sharon and Renee. They were all very nice, but even better, kept my father safe while recuperating. Right At Home also works and coordinates with Visiting Nurse Services for extra care (Registered nurse, physical therapist, etc). Thank you Right at Home!!

Picking Right at Home Nassau Suffolk as a companion company for my mom was a blessing. At the time Sept 2018, my mother was still coming downstairs, sitting on the deck all day enjoying the outdoors. Marie and her would laugh all day as Marie did all the day to day activities. We speak French and so did Marie. It was perfect. My mother loved her. Right before Thanksgiving 2019 my mom's dementia had gotten bad. She really only stayed in her bed since Sept. Marie would sit next to her, clean her with a sponge bath, do her hair, change the bed, and all of the things that me the daughter didn't feel comfortable doing. Marie became part of our family. I honestly do not know who we would of managed without her. My mother trusted her fully and that is an important of the relationship. My mother past April 6, 2020 from natural causes. My family will be forever grateful for Marie.

What a great home care agency Gregg and Eileen Balbera run in Smithtown. They have done such a great job of hiring the right kind of caregivers (top notch) and focused on quality. I am very impressed with the high standard of care they have provided to clients families. I highly recommend their agency for home care and peace of mind.
