My father spent his rehabilitation time after his hip fracture in this facility. He had a very low chance of being able to walk again considering his age and medical condition but thanks to this facility staff, the physical therapist team, and the occupation team especially Maryam Adabi, he was able to walk again. The nursing staff was also very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this facility.

If you enjoy being ignored, neglected, bullied and spoken down to then Sunharbor is definitely the place for you!Youll appreciate the inattentiveness and non caring attitudes of most of the AIDES when they tell you they will be right back and never return...when you ask them a question and they say they are not your friend... when you ring your call button to use the bathroom and wait 40+ minutes to go... when you ask them to reach for something for you and they say its not their job. I ask you Whose job is it?I would welcome the chance to talk to the Owner of Sunharbor and NOT to Elliott or his assistant, Pina ...who have been non responsive.May 4th, 2018 - 90 degrees outside and NO AC on for elderly residents. Shame on you Sunharbor!

Very dissatisfied with this facility. My father nearly died there. Not attentive to patient needs, very dirty, terrible food and a unaware of patient needs. My father whos oxygen dependent was in a wheel chair for 4 hrs and the oxygen tank was a 2hr tank. Found him on the floor bleeding and practically passed out and theyre reply was we dont know how that happened!!! Its a disgrace to treat innocent people this way. Luckily we went everyday !

If you have an elderly parent, especially with a bit of dementia, and they are in need of rehab DO NOT bring them to Sun Harbor. They are understaffed and do not give any individual care. Your parent will have to beg to go to the bathroom, but likely will sit in their waste... There are a handful of extremely dedicated, loving and caring nurses, but not nearly enough. Good luck, but we had to pull my father. He was only regressing. Came out completely constipated and with his leg muscles atrophied. Reading the reviews, Im at a loss as to how there could be these two completely opposite views. Im wondering if the goods reviews are maybe private pay and the bad government funded. Or the good reviews are completely contrived. I dont get it.

Love Sunharbor. They handled covid incredibly well and kept my mother safe. Received updates regularly and I knew she was in great hands. She continued to receive her therapy and good healthy meals. Thank you for all youve done.
