demoralizing 'warehouse', overwhelming, NOT AT ALL THERAPEUTIC, often unsafe ... underqualified, reactive, inattentive administrator whose primary goal is staff fun, often at cost to ignored residents. I could go on and on; please feel welcomed to contact me.Three pros: convenient location, some VERY well-intentioned employees albeit without any power, above-average food except the roast chicken.Many promises made at beginning; even more promises broken throughout my 13-month stay. If there were a dedicated professional case manager, that would have been helpful.So many residents are misassigned there. Many need more intervention, while some need less. I was in the middle, much because so many written and spoken repeated requests for assistance were fully ignored. I will call the number in my review response, but whom do I ask for? Monica? Please let me know. Or simply call me (same number). I am so worried about many residents still there with minimal abilities alternative appropriate options.
