A friend of mine is a resident there , put on her call light the other day because she could not reach her phone . The RN popped his head in her door and said if I get it for you , you will probably report that I broke it. So he P. S. ( RN) did not get her her phone. Do you think he is working in the best field for him. There will always be difficult patients, in pain , restricted in their able to move and need help. A good nurse needs , patience, understanding and compassion.Im glad my mom never had to live there.

My family member has been a resident for nearly 2 years. The care she receives is excellent. Staff are always in tune to her needs. She enjoys her time in the new Seasons Memory Care Program.
