One of there human resorces was really rude to me when i went to go visit my granma like i was just trying to hang out with them bye the billings affice and amy was it? She just snapped at me becose i was trying to take peoples money like i wouldnt do that i wos their for my granma!!! Radiculously rude

Janet/Janice/Joyce? Whatever the heck this ladies name is. She is the WORST. She called my facility for assistance with a billing discrepancy with a resident. As I was attempting to assist her in resolving the issue she was rude, loud and snide before making a nasty remark and hanging up on me. Then when attempting to talk to a supervisor about this behavior I was put on hold by a separate employee for over 10 minutes. Whenever I was taken off hold it was with the same J-Rep who then berated me and hung up again.
