Ill just state the facts.1. Go there before you choose Livingston Hills. The brochure is absolutely false advertising. 2.. When we arrived we were told to go to her room number were we would be met. 20 minutes later a supervisor showed up.3. We were assured before arrival prescriptions would be there and available. 24 hours later the narcotic was still not there. I made a frantic call to Sue, the clinical liaison which to this day has not been returned. We were told the pharmacy delivery had not been made that they were trying to get authorization to use what they had on hand. Read that again. 24 hours later!4. My mother was not fed for 12 hours. 5. The doctor is never available. He comes in later or tomorrow. 6. My mother was there for therapy. One day was a 40 minute session. Day 2, two 20 minute sessions. Day 3, 20 minutes all day. No walking in between. Nothing. 7. We had set up a meeting to discuss the poor care. On that day they sent my mother by ambulance to a hospital where they found nothing wrong. Coincidence?8. At this point she was not going back there. We went to collect her things. Walked right in; Its easy, no one is ever around. While in the room an aid came in to ask how my mother was. We told her she was not coming back. She said. I dont blame you. There are not enough people here to care for the patients. This is verbatim. Maybe Sue should use that quote when convincing unsuspecting potential patients to trust Livingston Hills. Shame on you. 9. Not only should you not trust Livingston Hills with your loved ones; they should be investigated.

Just want to give a big Thank you to the staff on the South and East wings My Mom is on the south wing and my Dad is on the East wing. This past week has been very difficult not being able to visit, hug, give my parents a kiss. I was there Everyday. The staff are making sure I get to facetime with both of my parents and also letting me go to their windows and wave and talk to them. I greatly appreciate everything all of you are doing to keep my parents and the other residents safe during this time. LoveRosie Leonard

As soon as you enter the road leading to the home there are huge holes in the road leading up to the building. Definitely an omen to the care one will receive inside. The unhappy looking staff barely greeted or smiled when I made several visits as a guest. They seemed miserable! Not someplace I would like to go to recovery from anything!

I would give this place a 3.8 to 4 for a ranking. My father is here and treated very well. The staff are polite ,the food is okay. The facility is clean when it comes to the floors but the smell can be a bit much in certain wing areas where patients have bedding and cloths that are incontinent and need to be thrown away or soaked that lingers into the halls or you may get the unpleasant smell passing someones bedroom. I would like to see more house keeping to keep up on the soiled linens and them due laundry more frequent to reduce the smells that linger around if I had any negative thing to say at all.

Sue T. came out to GBH to review residents for transfer to Livingston Hills during our closure. The residents were given the royal treatment upon arrival to the facility. I have heard great things from a couple of the residents that transferred there. Thank you!
