my family member has been here for 2 weeks, the service is terrible, it takes 25+ minutes for anyone to show up if he presses the call button, and now he has pnemonia. would never recommend this place. we will be looking into moving him to a differant facility on monday.

I would likely upgrade to a 4, once the renovations are carried through the rest of the building. Floors are quite dated, but the new entrance way is lovely. On the memory care floor, employees certainly have their hands full. However, we found our loved one, clean, happy and well-socialized. Frequent visitors helped create a good channel of communication with staff. The activities and food made her happy: And, her aides were nothing but kind to her. Dementia is a high maintenance scenario and we found our loved one's support quite good. She recently passed and the hospice care was what we had hoped for. I would also add we found the administrative staff attentive. Long-term care is fraught with paperwork and the team was helpful.
