This facility continues to provide great care to my grandfather. He has been in the facility for the past 2 years and hes doing well and continuing to receive great care and effective rehab. I cant thank the nursing and rehab staff enough for everything they have done

Forest Hills Care Center provides great care and quality rehab services. The food is great and they give a lot of selections. The nursing staff is really nice and are always great when you ask for something. The entire building feels like home and they do everything they can to make you comfortable.

I can't say enough good thing about this place. My mother enjoyed her time here and the staff went above their duties to make her comfortable and get her back in shape. Everyone was pleasant. My mom will definitely miss being there..The PT and the OT was top notch. I plan to come back and volunteer in the near future. Katrina Duncan
