Room had no heat source of its own and was always cold. Food was terrible and usually cold. How does a soggy tuna fish sandwich, a plate of plain cooked white rice, and a bowl of discolored fruit with dried out whipped cream constitute a healthy meal? Hospital recommended physical therapy to improve my mothers strength before going home. Therapists were mostly good, but putting together childrens jigsaw puzzles doesnt build strength. Meds were not given on a tight schedule, and some doses were missed. No one wears a name tag. Will never use this facility again, and will never recommend it to others.

Our recent family experience here was heartbreaking at best, horrifying at worst. We did not have enough time to have our loved one transferred or we would have been gone. The extreme and constant under- staffing has got to violate some state regulations. We only experienced 3 nurses/CNA's that actually cared for their patients. The rest of the staff is simply rude and inattentive. In fact, some didn't even bother to speak to us when the entered the room. Some would bring meals in, knowing our family member needed assistance and coaxing to eat, only to take the tray right back out because they couldn't be bothered to help. Our experience was for palliative care, and what they delivered was nothing short of mental and physical abuse. If bed sores, being left in the same clothes for 3 days, not being assisted with eating, and lack of communication are acceptable to you, then this place might cut it. Otherwise, RUN.

Very clean and friendly staff, warm and inviting. It was pop-corn Thursday on my tour. There is a court yard, a little creek the setting is beautiful. A physical therapy room, large dinning hall, daily activities, and a beauty shop. And new management...
