My wife has been at the Quail Summit Memory Care facility for just over a month. I could not be more pleased with the care she is receiving. The atmosphere is so pleasant and welcoming from the Director to the maintenance staff. Nearly all of the staff call me by name and are all so caring and concerned about her welfare. The maintenance staff mounted a mirror on her wall and offered to help me put up a bird feeder outside her windoweven offered to fill it as needed. I have received calls at home asking if I would come eat with her because she hadnt eaten all day. I did and she did! They were proactive in suggesting a visit to her doctor for anxiety. I approved and they took it from there made the appointment and took her to it. A friend saw her a couple of days later and was amazed at her focus and enthusiasm about a Valentines project. Yes she has her not-so-good days, but then, dont we all?

Quail seemed like a welcoming place at first. Unfortunately it only takes a short time to see how disorganization and high staff turn over affected living conditions. Mom was unhappy and felt her voice was not being heard. The director was dismissive when I brought concerns to her. Look ells where.
