Staff works 2-4 shifts with no relief. Always short staffed. Administrators()Administrators, DON, ADON, SUPERVISORS)do not answer their calls when there is a staffing crisis... should be a negative rating

This place does not take care of our family members what so ever! They are so rude to patients and they DO NOT CLEAN THEIR BEDS! so upsetting knowing we put our trust in them to care for OUR FAMILY for them to not give a damn at all!

The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful! The Rehab Gym is also new and spacious. There is an excellent Vivarium which is a Great place to spend with the family when visiting.

Smells except during holidays when visitors are expected. I've seen an employee forcefully ask an elderly man in a wheelchair why he was being so stubborn. When a relative was there a few years ago it was rather depressing to see nothing but dead plants lining the atrium. Horrible.
