My mom has been living here for 3 years. Yes sometimes they are understaffed at times. But there is no doubt in my mind that the staff do the best they can and love my mom. Nancy, my mom's social service worker, is fabulous! She listens, cares, and genuinely loves my mom and will do anything she can to help. My only complaint is the laundry service. All clothing is marked, but clothing still manages to go to other residents. The food is fine, no complaints there. Be your familys advocate, do what you can and thank god they aren't homeless. I could go on and on about the care there. My mother was a resident there. When it was county owned it was good but once they sold it to a private company it went downhill. They would bus staff in from ny city, many who were not certified. There were times my mother didnt get her pills yet it was written in ledger that she did. We got my mother out of there. Today I wouldnt even board my dog there. They dont even deserve 1 star.

This facility is dirty, the residents just sit in their wheel chairs in the hall way. They are so under staffed. The residents do not look cared for at all. Do not bring your loved one here.
