I was at the Mesilla post office today where there are several signs posted stating that masks are required. Everyone I saw had a mask on except a lone woman. When she left I saw her get into a clearly marked Home Instead car Not a service I want to use in this time of pandemic.

I been employed with Home Instead for two years. I love the flexibility, I love all the clients we provide care for. The owner is such a sweet, compassionate person who really cares about her clients as well as her employees. She is very generous. Providing home cooked meals at staff meetings and rewarding her staff and recognizing them. The office staff is also very friendly and always willing to help. I definitely recommend Home Instead for your loved ones at home.

My wife has been a client of Home Instead Senior Care Las Cruces for a little over five years now. We have been very satisfied. The care givers are very punctual, pleasant personalities, hard workers, very polite and thoughtful and the office staff keep their commitments and promises. We have had just a very few minimal complaints over these five years. So we have no hesitation at all from our own personal experience to highly recommend this senior care service.

Customer service at Home Instead is superb! I couldnt be more pleased with the help we have received for my 97 year old mother. From the first encounter and every single contact since, we have been treated with kindness and respect. Accommodating is an understatement! We are so very grateful for the help.
