This Care Facility looks good in appearance. The Director is a professional, kind, and considerate leader. We are very impressed by how quickly he takes care of important matters. The nurse during the day is on the target making sure things are being performed correctly, always acknowledging us. The nurse during the night shift is transparent and makes sure we get a report and efficiently does her job as soon as possible when she sees us coming to visit. All in all the employees are doing their best as team members. There are a few employees that require communication skills. It would be nice if the residents had a comfortable visiting place where visitors can visit and have a place to sit and talk privately with their loved ones. The residents also need direct TV in their rooms at a reasonable price. The diaper/ hamper could use a better location for odor control. The lunchroom could use healthier salt, sugar and purified water.

Staff really need customer service training, mostly CNA s. Majority are helpful but few get annoyed when help is requested and I feel they take it out in clients. Most of these residents are not able to speak for themselves so workers really need to assist them and observe. Actually have to be there for love ones to make sure they're being cared for properly.
