After moving my mother from another assisted living facility, and seeing how Elmcroft is managed, I can truly say we made the right decision! The staff is very caring, and the facility is clean/ quite/ and well maintained. The food is well prepared and with large portions and presented nicely. The staff has a nice balance of activities.THIS Assisted living facility is VERY well run and managed!

Four months ago we moved my mother-in-law to Elmcroft of Quintessence and it has been life-changing. Elmcrofts staff is caring and engaged. Every day they have social, intellectual and fun activities, plus exercise class. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor seating is inviting. There are weekly happy hours, sing-a-longs, story telling, bingo, arts and crafts, discuss and recall time. And monthly helpful support group sessions for families, led by a social worker. Since moving to Elmcroft, my mother-in-law is eating much better, is safe, active and social. And as for my husband and me, our life is better, too, knowing she is well cared for.
