I moved my Father to Brookdale Juan Tabo Place December 2018 from a town south of Albuquerque. The staff members have been very supportive and helpful during our transition period. The smaller community size has been perfect since my Father lived alone prior to his move. He enjoys the food, hasnt missed a meal yet. The staff care for each resident is amazing, they always have a cheerful demeanor as they attend to residents needs. The Management team has always made time to answer my questions and welcomed my calls even after work hours. It always warms my heart when I go into visit during an activity- the staff leader engages all the residents and to see smiles and laughter on their faces is priceless. The family members I have met are wonderful to talk with taking interest in getting to know my Father and I. I am so thankful for Brookdale Juan Tabo Place for caring for Dementia and Alzheimers residents in an assisted living environment.

The one star is for their Administration that is horrible. Accounting Dept has us missing $500??, up to $1,800! Corporate is unhelpful, rude & uncompassionte. Direct care staff is awesome. Find somewhere else for your loved one! Also, read these reviews through- all that appears is that their Direct Care Staff is awesome, almost like theyre hiding the bad info UNLESS YOU READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW!!! Also trying to charge us approx. $500, we were moved out before the 1st of the month, way to go Brookdale after a loved one passed away. No accountability sending paperwork letting us know of charges even though there shouldnt be any!
