Most of the reviews seem to come from employees. Living behind this facility is a nightmare. Loud and intrusive. From idling trucks, beeping horns, foul language from employees and employees gawking into my yard watching my kids play. They now stare on purpose because they know it bothers us and we overhear them laughing. Very unsympathetic to the privacy of surrounding neighbors. They refuse to gives us a privacy screen. Their solution was for us to put up a 20 ft fence if we were so concerned about privacy. Business over people attitude. Thanks Tom and Karol

I have volunteered in several assisted living facilities in the past and the Atria in Waldwick is the best I have seen so far.The building is absolutely gorgeous. The staff and management are professional accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. The Engage Life Director adds vitality and warmth to the residence. I love interacting with the happy residents in our bi-weekly Bible study.

The Atria is quite new, so residents are still moving in. The staff there is truly committed to providing a wonderfully pleasant and individualized experience for each resident. I teach oil and acrylic painting there twice per month and love working with their Activity Coordinator, Helene. She's a gem with a huge heart of gold and I love sharing ideas with her for classes. It's a wonderful environment for both employees and the residents and their families. So happy to be a part of it!

My mom recently moved into this beautiful new facility. The facility itself is beautiful but the people working there are outstanding. They have done everything possible to make sure my mom is comfortable, safe and enjoying herself. I cant say enough good things about the staff!
