This is a low key Senior/Disabled housing where I have friends living that i visit. Access is limited by security system requiring tenant approval. Waiting list is about 2 years, possibly longer.

I have lived in this place for 1.5 years now & I am still waiting for maintenance to be done. All I hear is one excuse & then another. The dishwasher hasn't worked properly since I moved in. It leaks badly & now the dial doesn't work & sticks at 3 different spots. The maintenance guy came in to look at it in 8/15 then forgot to tell the manager what was wrong with it. Then he came back over a month saying they would only fix the dial. So he said he ordered one. So after hearing anymore from him, I asked him on 12/2 what was the hold up. He said he is too busy to do anything about it. Then the lousy manager said she would have the carpet shampooed. So it was set up at 8am on 11/19/15 & I get up 2 hours early in order to eat breakfast & move my furniture off the carpet. So 8am comes & goes. So I move my furniture back & at 3pm the shampoo people call & said they would be here at 5pm. I said no, they weren't as that was my dinner time & I couldn't move my furniture out 4 times in one day. They said their guy wrote down the wrong time & I said that sounds like a personal problem. Then my manager calls me an hour later & said I had to do it at 5pm or it wasn't going to get done. I said fine. That figures. So do not rent from these clowns, it is more trouble than it is worth. It is now 6/23/16 & the Manager says the repair guy has fixed the dishwasher. No, I have not seen the clown. Then they jacked my rent up by 12% or by $65 per month to $614. Yet other tenants got their rent reduced. These people lie to you, do not do maintenence & is a total joke. Do not rent from these people for your own sake.
