If I could give a 0 I would.This place holds back on information. I recently had my grandma file an application to work there. They also said they would provide help for her work she provides.Its been a week and she used to come by every day .. all I want to know is if my grandma is alive and I HEARD HER NAME CALLED as I knocked.. as of today I filed a missing person and I will be looking for my answer regarding my grandmother.Also I tried to call beforehand and they even disconnected their phone .Very unprofessional and sketchy .

Cool at first! Clean nice acting staff.But I am 67y/o male nursing back ground. Very very active.!I am very alert, an love to cook an eat. wt. 185, 6ft.1st degree black belt, in 2 martial arts an some traing in Jugetso. SRY just had a stroke on 5/11/2015, ya but no defiects, except a stutter if I gt gabbering to fast. An some spelling an slight issues. but resolving quickly. Walk 1block to 1 mile slowly to back to jogging again.DO NOT send your family memmber, there is a D rating, is next to no NV. state LIC.but were due we send our older family member as they become to difficult to handle at home for less than $3500.00 a mo. to higherRENO is full of these type of Homes. Run by very very smart, ASIAN decent type, untrained staff.!Nasty as heck an do not let you go for a walk, unless you are like me. an go anyway. I sign out, I did not get hot food even thought the Kitchen was ten feet from my table,( the cook was older than I. an a guy very nice but never spoke unless talked to.,and a bright mind in Jepordy, tivia. and every thing.! only 8 residents at first even thought,a limit of 20 . but as the VA Hosptial sent many a VETERAN to them in the next 3 months to 20 sick people.our world is now learning to send there family member with SO SO SSD or SSA.for 1200.00 buck a month to 3500.00 a mo. for piece an quite esp. if you have little or no family an family slowly, stop coming to visit SAD SAD.! They are know as phillipino houses of pain POP or ? close to that defininion, via REMSA. Need I say more check it out with REMSA.
