Loved this community. Tegan helped us get my grandma situated. Explained every step of the process. The staff made my grandma feel welcome and help her in everyday stuff. Tegan always checks in on her and makes sure she never feels alone. I highly recommend this location.

What a great place that we chose to put our love one. The staff was amazing. Tegan helped us get her moved in so easily. Such love. Just came through the Halloween Holiday and that was so much fun. Looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas. You will not be sorry with your love one here.

My Father inlaw lives here. Residents should be aware things disappear.

I came here when this facility was sold as a great place, and compared to now, it WAS. Since the new owners (Avemere) took over there's been nothing but confusion. New changes were not clarified and the staff has changed over several times, and that includes Directors and substitute directors. Communication is bad. I have waited 20 minutes before a food server has even noticed me and 15 more before any food was served. Food in these type places are okay but the restaurant manager (over the chef, cooks, servers, dishwasher) is no longer on board nor is that spot at this moment going to be filled. Now the chef is to do all that. There is NO busperson, and the food servers do it all. They are working on filling the spots so we might get quicker service or they might adjust schedules. There is one male server who ignores everyone and it is almost the joke of he residents. He is known to 'hide in the kitchen'. This cannot be unknown to whoever keeps him on. They cannot seem to keep staff. A big problem was when I rang for help and no one answered for 1/2 hour. Then I rang again. Again, no one came. So I searched every hall on my floor. They had a caregiver and medicine person together, saying they were backed up. If so, they shouldn't have been talking together. It used to be that the residents came first and this is not the case now. Room trash was taken a few times a day; now I have to call and ask, unless they do come every week. Also, there is some sort of change in the nursing we were promised. Not personal nursing care, but advice and other simillar help. Now they can't even take one's blood pressure. No registered nurse. The facilities are very nice, the outside, etc. The residents are really wonderful. Bingo daily, including Sunday, and improvement has been seen in entertainment, arts and crafts. The bus service is good and the driver is really caring. However, we don't go to any interesting places, or parks or museums. Shopping/casinos/banks/doctors etc. is standard with all places. If the management staff was consistent and more service workers were hired, and some improvement in the food happened, I would be able to give this place 4 stars.
