Beware of this business. They cheat the employees. They put you through 5 hrs of Orientation then tell you they don't have to pay for it. YES they do, it the law, and it's considered time at work. Then you have to really watch your paycheck, they have an intentionally complicated pay system devised to confuse you. Then they will short you on hours. They also deceive you about the condition of the patients. Some are considerably more disabled than your ability to care for them, and they don't provide you with proper lifting equipment. As I am writing this I am filling out a complaint for the Nevada Labor Commission. So if your looking to work for 'No Place Like Home' beware of their payroll practices. They HAVE to pay for Orientation! They will deceive you, and they will try every way they can to screw you out of every cent they can.
